CACO3 Filler Masterbatch
CP20 compound HDPE carrier resin and sub-micron CaCO3 powder, produced by special processing techniques. Use CP20 inHDPE injection molding, extrusion Piping, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE blown film,blown bottles or blow molding, it can improve machine's extrusion efficiency and film’s physical properties.

Usage:
CP20can be used to make HDPE injection molding, extrusion Piping, blown bottles, PE plastic bags, shopping bags, PE heavy-duty bag, PE liquid packing bag, sanitary towel packing film, agriculture film, PE hand bag, inside bag, high quality PE vest bag, PE garbage bag, etc. The PE film which add CP20can compound BOPP, BOPA, BOPET, it has no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strength.
Use CP20in Blow molding, it can increase containers' ESCR property, get better dimension stability.
Package, Transportations and Storage:
1) PE heavy-duty bag, 25kg / bag.
2) Stored in ventilated, dry and cool place. Filler MB is easily to absorb moisture from the air. So please use out soon after opening the package.
Recommended Addition Ratio:
The addition ratio of CP20 is within 20%.
1) In multi-layer extrusion film: add 20%~25% in core layer;
2) Under gloss demand, add CP20 within 5% in surface layer and inside layer. Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.
